Who Is This Guy

Yesterday, this guy was interviewed (on Kevin & Bean) about grilled cheese sandwiches. Turns out he started The Grilled Cheese Invitational that takes place here in LA. It started with just a few people and their version of a grilled cheese, and now chefs from all over the country come to submit their entries. Ever since his interview, I am totally obsessed with grilled cheese sandwiches. I made them last night and it is all I can think about. My Husband said it was the best he’s ever had! Then when I asked my husband why he wasn’t as excited for grilled cheese sandwiches as I was, he responded with, “Babe, no one can be as excited as you are about grilled cheese sandwiches.” HA! Needless to say we BOTH loved them! Here is my master piece: Gruyere cheese & Dill Harvarti on Kalamata bread with caramelized onions! YUM!
